The proposed design is an innovative and stimulating mixed-use development, which is provided for a blend of mainly single people in hostel accommodation together with couples and small families as well as premises for retail and commercial enterprises. The project consists of 50 single residential occupancy, 16 apartment studios, and commercial-retailing area driven by the characteristics of existing and planned development for the neighbourhood. The site is located at 111-133 Goderich Street, East Perth.
