​The project is to developed as an urban project in the heart of Perth city. The diversity of the city’s need is mirrored in the diversity of the programs served by the project. Throughout the investigations, we were also expected to rethink and reorganize the brief in terms of programmatic and spatial relations in order to create specific and defined relationship based on spatial research in constructing mental space. This research/intelligences activity informs spatial experimentation within contemporary context. Its purpose is always directional and intentional and as such, is distinct from pure research.
