The brief was to design four 4-bed Villas on the hillside precinct of Hayman Island. The architectural language and materiality of the villas were derived from the existing two KHA-designed villas with different spatial requirements and siting conditions. Each villa comprises four bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, spacious living/dining with private garden and pool. The site is located in a bushfire-prone, ocean-side, landslide hazard area, and cyclonic zone.
